Inability to drive is not a reason by itself to be approved for disability benefits. For instance, if a person suffers from a seizure disorder often they are not allowed to drive. People can lose their jobs for that reason alone, but unfortunately not being able to drive is not enough to get disability benefits. You still need to be meet the requirements under the listing for seizure disorders, or whatever condition is preventing you from being able to drive. However, the inability to drive is good evidence that you have serious limitations of function.
