Answers to your questions about social security disability.

Hiring Us to Help in Your Disability Claim

In short, if you live in North Carolina or South Carolina and have a disability claim, give us a call and we will talk. 1-800-775-3985. Here are the details:

Many lawyers do a lot of things in one place; our firm does one thing, that is, disability claims, in a lot of places. We handle Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income, or SSI, and long term disability, or LTD, claims in large portions of North and South Carolina. We also handle Worker's Compensation claims in South Carolina.

For folks living in North and South Carolina, we charge nothing for an in person, telephone, or email conference. If you have a disability problem, go ahead and call and we can often help a fair amount just by talking.

If we wind up representing you in a disability claim, we usually charge a percentage of what we are able to get for you, plus what we spend out of our pocket. In most cases, we will agree not to charge a fee if we are not successful.

The core area in which we practice is Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina. We have offices in Greenville and Spartanburg, and places to meet people in Charlotte, Asheville, and Columbia. Beyond that area, we are more careful which clients we select, and you should be more careful about selecting us. But talking is not selecting, and if you live anywhere in the Carolinas, you would probably be helped by talking to us a little bit, and we would be glad to talk.

Should you hire us, or no lawyer, or some other lawyer? For many problems you do not need a lawyer. Sometimes you will find that our firm is not the best fit for you. But, if you live in the Carolinas, we hope that you will give us a call and consider our services if you find you need an attorney. We intend that the quality of this website makes you inclined to hire us.
