Xena: I try not to give advice to anyone with an attorney, but I do not think it is advice to say that I see this a lot. It is usually but not always a sign that in the long run with a good lawyer you will prevail. It often happens because the Administration has a list of findings in their book which are required for your condition, but they are not telling the doctor what they are so he doesn't know to write them down; it often happens for no apparent reason.
