It is hard to tell under what different programs you might be entitled to a check, but I can assure you that you will get whichever check is larger. Entitlement to checks for two different reasons never hurts, and usually helps.

Q. will the check still come for him in my wifes name ?

A. It depends. If he is competent to handle the money, it could come in his name. If not it needs to continue in someone else's.

Q. i take him to the doctors and they told my he is on medacaid till sept. will they have a reveiw for him then ?

A. I am not sure why they said that. If he is continuing to get SSI he should continue to get Medicaid. Check and be sure he is not being terminated from either program, and if he is and is still disabled, fight it.

Q. do they send a denial statement before they stop sending the checks or do they just stop the checks ?

A. They are supposed to, but like everyone, do not always do everything they are supposed to.
