Social-Security-Disability-Forum » Question: How Do I Contact the Social Security Administration?

To find out what hearing office your case will be heard in, click here. It is fairly easy to get your hearing office on the phone.

To find out what local office you need to apply at, click here. It is very difficult to get most local offices on the phone.

If you want to contact the Administration through its toll free number, call (800) 772-1213 between 7:00 am & 7:00 pm

If you are deaf or hearing impaired and have a teletype, call TDD (800) 325-0778.
