i am 30 years old and have been suffering from narcolepsy for as long
as i can remember, but only recently was dianoised. i suffered a very
tramatic childhood from abuse. i too suffer from female problems,
having a hystertomy next week "total".i live in n.c. have 3 children
and married, i have ran my own cleaning service since 1999, i pay taxes
each year, my question is do you think i have good ground for a case? i
have not cleaned a home since oct2001, due to passing out in the day
ime, and not sleeping in the night. i also suffer from muscle spasm,
i'm on beta blockers for now, the neuroligst is doing a sleep test on
me next week. |

Sonya, one good thing about narcolepsy is that it can be pretty well
tested for, if you can afford the test. Be sure that the doctor comes
up with a clear statement about how often you are losing control and
for how long each day. Also, there are some things a doctor can do to
cure the problem; you must try all of those things. Get an attorney to
ensure that everything you need is in the file. Take care and good luck. |
