IF MY DRIVERS LICENSE HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY REVOKED IN THE STATE OF
NC.,AND I NEED A VALID NC. DRIVERS LICENSE TO BOTH OBTAIN AND KEEP
EMPLOYMENT. AM I INTITLED TO DISABILITY BENIFITS? PS.ALL AVENUES OF
OBTAINING A PERMIT HAVE BEEN TRIED AND DENIED BY THE STATE OF NC. DMV. |

Inability to drive is probably not enough to show disability; and the
inability must be caused by a health problem in order to be relevant in
a disability case. In rural areas especially, loss of a license makes
it difficult to maintain employment. I have no practical suggestions,
other than moving to a place where you can get public transportation,
or getting help with transportation from friends and relatives. |

good afternoon,i live in aiken south carolina and a year and a half ago i found out i was diabetic 2 also have high blood pressure along with high cholesterol and last yr i found out i had catarexs and after catarex in both eyes.i had the first catarex removed and in my right eye now i'm not able to see anything out of it they had put me in progressive lens and without them i'm not able to read any print highst grade was 10th and type of work i've done was hotel cleaning rooms was wondering if i should try and file a claim thank you for your time jp |
