I apparenly did something wrong because my entire post didn't go through.
The things that are causing problems are that I get tired/fatigued from doing smal things such as walking or doing little things around the house and fall asleep sitting up after doing them. I also have a problem concentrating on things and don't seem to be able to do one thing very long. I forget sometimes the things I ahve done during the day and lose track of conversations and what I am talking about. Many times I have problems thinking of the word I want to use during a conversation.

The rest of my post seems to have made it. Sorry it is so broken up.

Thanks
