First, I am still waiting for a hearing date-a year after I applied for a hearing. Total wait time so far from start is 2 years. Do they have a certain amount of time they have to set your hearing date by? Secondly, how do I determine the amount I would recieve. Also, I heard because I have two small children that they would recieve benefits as well. Is this true, and how do you determine the amounts they would recieve and for how long would they recieve them.
