In Jan.1991 I had back surgery from a workers comp. injury. They did spine fusion and steffe plates. Now, in 2004 I am having a lot of pain in the exact same area. (lumbar) I am still working for the same company. I remember something about this being covered for life. I know it had to do with a law that was passed in the middle of '91 stating it a cut off date. My surgery was before that cut off date. Can you tell me where I can find this information to figure out if this should be covered under workers comp.?
