I am a 43 year old teacher. I have a herniated cervical disk, thoracic 5-6 buldging disks, L5-S1 large annular tear. I have osteoarthritis, DDD, and I am clinically depressed. I am in a lot of pain unless I am asleep. Can I get disability?
