Anonymous: With your excellent work skills you will have to show that you cannot attend work on a full 8 hour basis. Be sure your doctors back you up, line up long term disability insurance if possible, keep working if possible, but if you can't, sit down and talk to a lawyer before you lose your job rather than after.
