Inability to drive is probably not enough to show disability; and the inability must be caused by a health problem in order to be relevant in a disability case. In rural areas especially, loss of a license makes it difficult to maintain employment. I have no practical suggestions, other than moving to a place where you can get public transportation, or getting help with transportation from friends and relatives.
