Q. Can I get paid from my Short Term Disability along with Worker's Compensation?

A. That depends on what the STD policy says. Most of the time you cannot, because you would make more than you would by working.

Q. And do I have to pay taxs on WC and STD at the end of the year?

A. Not sure. I am not a tax expert; check with one. I believe that most of the time, WC is not taxable, and that STD is only if your employer paid the premiums.
