To answer your question: This does not mean her Social Security will be ended.

To answer related, important questions:

It suggests, but does not necessarily mean, that her condition might have improved to the extent that she might be reviewed by the Administration. She needs to be sure that her doctors are supporting her.

If she is still disabled, it means that she must fight her LTD determination. Really good lawyers in this field are scarce. Find a good one and fight it. There are deadlines. It is much better to appeal with a good lawyer; there is a tricky way that the record "closes," and you cannot add more evidence, after the second appeal of these cases.
